Father's Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. Many countries celebrate it on the third Sunday of June, but it is also celebrated widely on other days.
So that is the Technical Definition of Father's Day...
But This Father's day, like all others, we celebrate the man that holds the family together, The Man that sacrifices day after day, month after month, and year after year, with their Blood, Sweat, and Tears, to make his family keep their strong bond, to keep them together, and give them the things that His Family deserves.

What is a Father
A father is a person who loves and respects you.
He is honest and he never neglects you.
He is the greatest that your eyes will ever see.
No other man like him will there ever be.
When you are in your bedroom and scared at night;
A father comes in to let you know that everything is alright.

My Husband Eric is a wonderful Father, He is their for our son no matter what he is doing or where he is at. He play's with him, even if he is to tired to play, He buys what he wants and needs, even if it is his last dollar. ( but now that we are a part of The Empower Network, we don't have to worry about that anymore!! /almostasecret.php?id=ericruff )
Now Father's Day has always been a special day for our family, and we always try to have a great family day, It's Kinda crazy because sometime's fathers day falls on my birthday, so we get to celebrate them both. June a busy month for us, Father's day is June 17th this year, Our anniversary is June 18th, My birthday is June 20th and our son's birthday is June 25th. So its a very busy week for us. But we always make it a great week!
I love celebrating Father's day because I love to show how much my husband means to our family. He is the Glue that keeps us strong and together. If it weren't for him I think that we would fall apart, I'm not joking. He makes life so much smoother, he always has. I love my husband with all of my heart and soul, and I want him to know that without him, we would have never come this far. Thanks Eric for all you do for our family, for all you have sacrificed for us, and for all the love you give to us all!!
Remember Tomorrow is Father's Day, It is a very special day for all Men out there, Be sure to let your husband, father, grandfather, and so on, Be sure to let them know how much you appreciate them for all they do, let them know how much you love them, and give them all the love that they deserve!! Happy Father's day to all Dads and Grandpas out there!!
